1. Link back. If I can't find one, you won't be listed.
    1a. When joining, please don't link me to where you placed my code. If I can't find it, I won't link you.
2. Do not direct link.
3. Submit a 100x35 button. If you do not, a default one will be listed.
4. Inappropriate sites will not be listed.
5. Redirect URLs will not be listed.
6. Submit sites individually.
7. English sites only, please.
8. No sticky caps, blinky graphics, or obnoxious colors.
9. Edit your information if anything changes.
10. If your site is a RPG, don't give a huge description. Please give a short sentence saying what your RPG pertains to.
11. If you have a forum, you still have to link back. See: Rule #1.
