My name is Laurie. I was born January 11 and I've lived in Massachusetts my entire life. I am currently single. I'm 5'2, and I enjoy being short. I have brownish eyes, although they look orange in sunlight and greenish in bad lighting. I have naturally red hair. I have one tattoo, which is of the White Tree of Gondor (Lord of the Rings) and located on my back. I have three piercings. One in my lip, and two in my ears. I've taken 4 ear piercings out. Graduated from Shrewsbury High in 2004. Currently a senior at Salem State College. I'm studying Geography, with a concentration in Environment. I'd like to get my master's in Forestry. I'm a tree lover, a vegetarian, and a nature lover. Don't bother fighting with me about my views on life. I'm not very persuadable. After grad school, I plan on getting a job in Forest Management, and eventually move to Alaska. I spend all my free time on my computer. I owned black-eyeliner.net for 2 years, and it was my life. In real life, I enjoy reading, photography, astronomy, and all things geography. I'm quite obsessed with Lord of the Rings. I hate Harry Potter. I'm addicted to The Mighty Boosh and Russell Brand. I have a lot of ideas, but I'm too lazy to do anything productive. I'm obsessed easily and creative to a point. I'm very dedicated and hard working, but I'm not easily motivated. I tend to not talk to people and I generally keep to myself. I love sci-fi tv shows. Among my favorites are The Mighty Boosh, Lost, Heroes, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Stargate: SG-1, Stargate: Atlantis, Battlestar Galactica, Farscape, and Eureka. Other shows I enjoy are The Office, Pushing Daisies, and My Boys. I enjoy way too many bands and types of music to list. My favorite actor is Karl Urban, as well as Russell Brand, Dave Brown, Noel Fielding, Julian Barratt, Mike Fielding, Gerard Butler, Marton Csokas and George Eads. For a couple years I have been in the Lord of the Rings fandom. I have recently stopped reading fics, but I keep up to date with the actors. My newest fandoms include Russell Brand and The Mighty Boosh. I also am a part of the Lost fandom. I have strayed from The Libertines fandom, but I am still a very big fan.
