Who is Dominic Monaghan?
Dom is an actor. He starred in such things as Hetty Wainthropp Investigates (Geoffrey), Monsignor Renard (Etienne), The Lord of the Rings trilogy (Merry), among other roles.

Who runs starDom?
starDom is run by Meredith, (formally by Bobbi), a loyal and devoted fan. Bobbi's time, effort, and the love that she put into making her fansite has inspired me to make a fanlisting for the site. Not only is she an unbelievable webmaster, but she is a great person.
